Shipping policy
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After that, we’ll check with our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your order is available and can ship within 5 business days, we’ll charge your card and start preparing it for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and we process your payment, your order will ship within five business days. Once it leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details within 24 hours at the email you used during checkout. If you don’t get tracking info within six business days, contact us at support@woodstovesusa.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within the USA, with a few exceptions. If our website allows you to complete your order and enter your shipping address, your order will be delivered. Some items may also be available for shipping to Canada.
Address Changes
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to update your address, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. However, expect delays, and any extra fees charged by the shipping company for the address update will be the customer’s responsibility—no exceptions.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We work with our vendors to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. If you decide to cancel your order due to delays, you’ll be responsible for any shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, or other related costs. Customers who file chargebacks for shipping delays will face legal consequences—no exceptions.
Shipping Options
Our standard curbside delivery is free and usually takes 5-15 days to arrive. Additional shipping options include:
- Threshold Shipping: The item will be delivered to your porch or garage.
- White Glove Delivery: The item will be delivered to your chosen room, assembled if needed, and all packaging will be removed from your home.
