Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, email us at support@woodstovesusa.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@woodstovesusa.com.
